The shopkeeper kept a box under his desk which had some heavily redacted medical records. One piece mentioned locations and at the bottom it said to go to where "Lake of Refuse" once was...

I searched for the lake, found a door, went in, got taken to a department store and met with the other two. They had clues as well, in the form of doodles... Which illustrated we had to go down a hole. We couldn't discuss or linger for long because monsters appeared and chased us, but we found the hole at the bottom of the department store. It was gushing out sludge that burned like acid.
[ You see this is like. A mess? And Joonghyuk is doing his best here, but there's a long pause, like he's thinking on something. He's thinking for a very long time. ]
A larger monster came out of the hole, using most of the sludge in it, and blocked our path.
