[He knows what Joonghyuk means, but he's being fussy for the sake of it. Shifting the book to his other hand, he pulls up his shirt on one side to let Joonghyuk see the partially healed crescent puncture wounds on his front and back.

Well, it's harder to see on his back because the flesh that sweeps away under the rest of the shirt is fried pink, like a burn.

This is also not what Joonghyuk meant probably to do in the hallway while walking, but he's being a brat.]

[ Takes Jason's hand to pull his shirt down like a dad would when their daughter is purposely hiking her skirt around cute boys. ]

[Peers at Joonghyuk like he wants to snicker, but he doesn't.]

[ He knows that Jason is doing this ON PURPOSE. Unfortunately, it's still affection week so he's holding onto Jason's hand. ]

[ Niah pads in and finds a nice spot to lounge, but more likely near a place where Jason can sit. He is anticipating, yes.

Joonghyuk can’t go in that far since… Holding Jason’s hand. ]

That is the premise of your trip?

[Niah may lounge on the bed, or on the floor by the bed since Jason goes to sit on it. He sort of tries to get his hand back, but he doesn't try very hard, so maybe Joonghyuk is just coming with him.]

We had a nice skeleton audience for some of it. I assume all of it, but... I wasn't aware of what the hell was going on in the first half.

[ Niah will take the bed because despite being a good boy he is like Joonghyuk, one to lord over everything. Greedy, too.

[Luckily, Joonghyuk only has to look under his shirt. The crescent punctures are still there...yay. He isn't crackling anymore, so the ribs must be better, though he does move sometimes like they're tender. The back is blistered from top to bottom, and if this burn is first degree, the one before must have been kind of terrible.

Under the burn on the back of the left shoulder is what looks like claw marks. Oh, he has the remnants of two puncture wounds on his bottom lip?]

[Dryly:]

I thought I was a lifeguard. Had the red shorts and everything.

[malewife]

[ ......... he's like this, but the expressions are more mild. ]

[ This is a gesture to continue. After he makes sure that the wounds are healing fine after an NPC heal, Jason can return to be fully clothed. Quickly, he crosses his arms to stop himself from... You know. More touch. Hand hold. Etc. ]

I woke up in the beach tower and went outside because I was supposed to be on duty. Someone was drowning so I went to save them.

…It was Lup. She acted weird to me at the time because she kept mentioning the hotel and wondering why we were there.

A shark attacked us and grabbed her. I decided to toss her back to shore, but it meant the shark got me instead. I drowned.

[ Wow. Jason's job as a lifeguard ended so fast. Niah's ears pin back as he receives pets, nosing closer before resting his head on Jason's thigh. ]

... It doesn't end there, does it?

[Sweet Niah. He slowly and idly strokes Niah’s head and neck.]

No. I woke up somewhere else. On a dating game show with three bachelor contestants. People I knew. Cloud, Yuri, Sylvain. I remembered who I was. And the hotel. I had three questions to figure out which contestant was fake and which just had a scrambled egg brain.

Niah is just having a good time because he doesn't understand anything either of them is saying. ]

[ While gruesome, Joonghyuk prepares for it to be worse. ]

Our prize was we could pick a honeymoons destination. They didn’t like our hotel pick. So they dropped the floor out from under us.

We landed in a pit and ran into a girl Yuri knew who was injured pretty bad. But when she sighs apparently, it draws monsters. You can guess what she did, I guess.

[She sighed.]

It was some huge lizard dinosaur thing. I grabbed her and we ran down the only path into a dead end.
